While most were just starting to plan their careers, Joseph was already on job sites, managing real projects, and leading teams of seasoned construction professionals.

Joseph’s journey began on the front lines. Despite his age, he quickly earned respect for his work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to solve problems under pressure. He took on responsibilities most young professionals only dream of—coordinating crews, managing subcontractors, and ensuring projects stayed on schedule and on budget.

By leading teams and overseeing multi-million dollar projects before turning 20, Joseph developed a deep understanding of every phase of construction—from grading and excavation to complex utility installations and luxury real estate builds.
